Real Estate Utexafrica Compound
The UTEXAFRICA compound is a place of greenery alongside the majestic Congo River in the centre of Kinshasa.
Everything is done to free the tenants from day-to-day concerns: maintenance, refuse collection, power and water supply, security… The focus is on a family atmosphere for the more than 1,000 residents from 35 countries.
